Problems with dizziness, imbalance and vertigo can be assessed and successfully treated by a physiotherapist who has additional training in vestibular conditions. Specific inner ear and vestibular nerve exercises, canalith repositioning maneuvers, balance exercises, as well as cervical manual therapy can all help to improve imbalances and reduce unsettling symptoms. The most commonly treated vestibular condition is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, usually referred to as BPPV. Other conditions include vestibular neuritis and post-concussion vertigo and dizziness.

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy helps restore pelvic floor function through personalized exercises, lifestyle guidance, education, and hands-on treatment — aimed at reducing or eliminating your symptoms. This specialized therapy focuses on assessing and treating the muscles that support urinary, bowel, and sexual function.
